The Origin of Wealth: A Message from the Founder

Every empire has an origin, and every elite methodology is forged through raw experience. What follows is the declassified history of Orysarra—a personal account from its founder detailing a career built across multiple continents, industries, and high-stakes environments. It is a story of bypassing gatekeepers, understanding human nature, and learning early on that the traditional path is often a dead end. This is the foundation of the intelligence firm, told directly in his own words.

Orysarra is a collective of my past experiences. My approach to wealth sourcing is driven by a singular, defining philosophy: my capabilities and insights are a direct reflection of the collective network I have spent a lifetime building. I find myself being the result of the people I meet, rather than just a product of my own self-image.

I began my career in high-stakes sales straight after high school. I didn't go to college at all. In fact, I didn't even graduate high school. I'm sure my classmates assumed I did, but we all know why we shouldn't assume. After high school, I went into the family business of a best friend, where we were helping entrepreneurs architect and scale businesses during the rapid expansion of the early eBay boom. It was insane!—coming out of high school and making $50,000 to $100,000 a year was money that I thought was absolutely amazing. It was like "The Wolf of Wall Street". Because I was so young, I thought everyone was making that kind of money. So, as you can understand, I squandered it.

After working on the sales floor, I decided to travel. I went to most of the states in the U.S., Canada, South America, and Asia—all with a backpack and the inspiration to better understand the world. I felt I was raised in a cocoon of fantastic people, but I knew there was a world out there that I needed to understand in order to feel complete. Honestly, I found it amazing to see how different people looked, how they viewed life, and how they lived.

My first major destination after the mainland was Hawaii. It was the first place I ever traveled alone without my family. I did a lot of research before actually going. I even found out that there was more than one island. Whoever is reading this understands that an uneducated mind is simply an uneducated mind—and that was me. It was only when a family friend asked me, "Which island are you going to?" that I actually had to sit down and realize Hawaii wasn't just one place. So that began my research phase. I wanted to make sure that wherever I ended up, the people I surrounded myself with would accept me for who I am, without me needing to put on a façade. I lived in Hawaii for two years, and it was one of the best times of my life.

Eventually, my life had to continue. I returned home to Arizona and moved back in with my dad. He was a single father, and one of the bravest, most independent, and highly respectable people I know. His goal for me was always to join the Army, just like he did.

This is where the true foundation of Orysarra began.

Once returning home, I had two choices: either go into the military or go to college. First, I had to get my GED, and I also had to take the ASVAB test to be accepted into the Army. This was a three-month venture of studying ruthlessly in my dad's garage day & night, doing my absolute best to make him proud and be one of the first individuals in my family to go to college. I received my GED and passed the test to get into the Army. My offer was to become part of a tank squad, complete with a $20,000 signing bonus. This marked a point in my life where I had to decide what I really wanted.

I had the guarantee of the Army, but I also had the dream of going to college. I made up my mind that I wanted to study art history. But after going back and forth with an admissions administrator—let's call her Dorothy—she denied me. About five times. She told me that because I had lived in Hawaii for two years, I wasn't considered a resident of Arizona, even though I was born and raised there. It made no sense to me why she could deny me my right to go to school?

But I didn't see this as the end of the road. Because during that time, I learned the single most important lesson of my life.

That lesson was: If you ever want to get anything done in life, you need to speak directly to the people who can change your life. Dorothy was doing her job. But if we're playing a game of chess in this interesting world we live in, Dorothy is a pawn. I understood right then that I needed to get to the King & Queen.

This is vital because I believe most people are terrified of speaking to CEOs and people in charge of large institutions. And sure, these people can seem intimidating because they hold power. But you have to realize they're just people. They put their clothes on the same way we do, and they eat the same food we do. They are just at a different point in their lives.

After speaking with Dorothy and hearing for the fifth time that there was absolutely no way for me to go to school, I hung up the phone. I sat in my dad's garage, absolutely frozen, but with pure clarity. There was no fear, and there was no confusion about what to do next. It was simply a feeling of knowing exactly what action I had to take, and knowing the results would follow.

My brain was thinking: Dorothy doesn't have the real power to tell me I can't go to school. I knew she was completely wrong, and I knew I needed to talk to someone who could trump her decision. I got on my phone and started looking for the president of the school.

Having nothing to lose, I immediately called his direct line. Once he answered, without hesitation, I introduced myself. I told him my situation. I told him my dream was to go to college and that I wouldn't stop until I got there. I told him about Dorothy. I spoke for about a minute straight. After I finished, there was silence for about five seconds. He asked me what my name was, and I told him. He then replied, "Give the school a call in about 30 minutes. Everything will be taken care of."

The entire trajectory of my life changed in that 1-minute phone call. I called Dorothy back, and she begrudgingly checked my file one last time. There had been a serious update. My file was sent to the front of the list, I was given a full scholarship, and I was scheduled to start school in two weeks.

That single interaction became the blueprint for the rest of my career. I took that exact philosophy of bypassing gatekeepers and applied it to the highest levels of global business. I subsequently transitioned into the intensely guarded global art market, serving as an essential conduit for private firms to pinpoint and secure ultra-high-net-worth buyers and collectors. Operating intimately as an assistant to Tom Sewell, one of the most influential artists in history, my orbit naturally expanded across global industries.

Through my travels and professional ventures, I've cultivated relationships with some of the most powerful and brilliant minds across entertainment, literature, real estate and government. From building close family ties with Taro Gold (co-author to Tina Turner), to connecting with government figures like Paul Luna and Hollywood titans such as Alexandra Daddario and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, I developed a rare, cross-disciplinary understanding of how influence, access, and capital actually flow. I realized that whether you are dealing with a college administrator, an elite philanthropist, or a billionaire CEO, the mechanics of power are exactly the same.

For whoever is reading this: this is my success story, and this is why Orysarra exists.
